Dr Oz I need help
Day 9 of my no sugar, no processed foods challenge. From day 2 to day 7 the withdrawal is horrible but don't give up it starts getting better on day 8. I'm on low carb, calorie deficit,high protein diet. Also using MCT oil and lemon juice and a pinch of salt in my water for electrolytes. I have dropped 6 pounds since beginning. Refined Sugar is poison to your body.
Best prayer”Please God help me I know I have been abusing the body you gave me I want to do better and I can’t without your help I ask you for this day take away my cravings.”Or God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.”No Dr will ever admit God heals or they would be out of buisness.
