Well, what Sophia is doing on that path is someway a kind of prostitution. I say by prediction that if she go to that path, exchanging favors with Morello, my guess is that she could end like a high class prostitute.

L&P aged Dylan up shortly after the very first release of his game because some of his Patreons bitched about him being too young.
He didn't have that many Patreons back then so he probably was afraid of losing the ones he had if he didn't do it which is a shame.
Imho he should have made Sophia a bit older (41 including a little bit more wrinkles) and tall (around 5'7-5'8) and Dylan 13 turning 14 during the story with a height of around 5'2 (still a bit short for his age but this way L&P could integrate his birthday as an event), this would also have made Sophias backstory a little less superhuman.
And also make Ellie 16 with a height of around 5'4 so she can tease Dylan with his height.
Also make Aiden around 17 years old and around 5'7 in height this way the whole Aiden blackmail story has a bit more of an impact with him being clearly taller and stronger than Dylan.
But honestly I have no idea how much of what I've just wrote is already in the game because it has been quite a while since I've played it and my memory is also not that great.
Edit: This way the story could also revolve a bit around Dylan entering Highschool for the first time.
Oh and make the Apostles 11 years old (height of around 4'7-4'8 this way it would be much clearer that the 2nd side job is supposed to be shota content) and fraternal triplets who just finished some strict religious elementary school to enter a public middle school this way their lack of knowledge and need for a tutor would make a bit more sense.

A lot of what you've suggested is my head cannon while playing anyway. It just makes sense that way, like many VN on this site, they are "In college" but have lockers and need their mom to drive them to school every day...yeah, not likely.

So Sophia will be doing something risky. We don't have any more Morello events today so it could mean something for Day 14. Most likely it will be an assignment to deliver some parcel to some place. A parcel containing something illegal. That Morello's men are having trouble getting through and Sophia could be used to get the parcel without raising any suspicion

The first meeting with Morello was debt collection due to Liam. This one seems more like a favor for a favor instead of blackmail, which means the 1st solution. But some may look at it as a trade-off of the lesser of two evils in a sense. L&P's GTA reference strikes again.

I still hope we'll meet sometime again.", but with the Quid Pro Quo? that just tells me something else may be added to the favor. If you read this text in the prison visitor scene. She is not a Cumare, but something like it. Maybe that was a mistype or intentional, but with that wording, it makes me wonder if there's going to be some sort of stipulation or setup from being like a Cumare to being an actual Cumare.wow, so many candles in that office! Maybe the place she has to go to contains sexual elements. Plus Morello wants be more friendly with Sophia, this could be a step towards that. I'm sure you don't expect morello to blurt put a sexual request of any sorts.
It doesn't suit his character. Even if he wants anything sexual he will take his time. Plus what is the difference if Morello asks something sexual in return. She is already doing it for Aiden and now to get rid of that she has to do sexual things for a mafia boss.
That's just pushing yourself further down the hole. Hence my stand that the favour won't be sexual. The way things play out can be or this is will be used as way to progress Morello Sophia relationship.
Also this has been labelled as an Easy Solution. That definitely hints at something simpler.

I don't think Sophia is the one giving the favor. She isn't in a position to do so. She is the one that will be doing something for a favor. Although this is mostly wording schematics.
Since this event happens during the same day the Aiden blackmail is. Perhaps Morello will do a favor by helping Sophia deal with the blackmail, in exchange for Sophia doing something for him (not directly sexual, perhaps another date or something). Yes, I agree with you. Morello going in the same direction as Aiden now is definitely not to be expected. That would make no sense at all for Sophia. However, L&P has stated that the deal with Morello should be well thought out.
Yes, there are of course many ways to interpret that quid pro quo, and I bet he chose the wording to make it ambiguous and... teasing.
In the simplest interpretation Sophia has already done the quid and now she is trying to cash the quo Morello mentioned in the call, no other strings attached. As you said, the "something like my cumare" lets one think she is not "full cumare" but at the same time he also says "your wish is also my wish". So that wording does not help to make it clear. Assuming she is, Morello should just pay the favor and that's it, end of story.
Then obviously there is the more intriguing interpretation in which there will be a discussion/bargain about something that Sophia has to do again in return, i.e. the quid and the quo have both still to be done. Probably something that Morello will cast as a "small favor" to compensate the gap between what she is asking and what he feels he owns her after Larry visit. And there could be a choice for the player to make to accept or not, as you said, the proverbial lesser of the two evils.
I think that both are perfectly possible for what we know, the second one opens more interesting (story-wise) options for sure. And adds another layer of complexity (branches, dependencies etc) to the story and more development.
Ironically, even this is a choice between the lesser of two evils

If we examine this closer, the first Quid pro quo was Liam's debt to the casino. To clear it, Sophia had to meet with Don's brother Larry, Which, after the meeting, absolved all debts to the casino. His new teaser title tells me that a new deal could be in play now, based on this "Like a Cumare." text. This new Quid pro quo will be I'll help with Aiden in return for..... Then again, maybe "your wish is also my wish." might come into play since he ended the teaser caption with a question mark. Also, The other thing is what if you show up for Larry's visit and you decide not to show or do anything for him. That will lead to another Quid pro quo. Here is the conversation between them where he only reduce the amount owed and did not clear the entire debt.
