Zero requim is that a movie?
Nah, that's the name of Lelouch's plan in Code Geass

The problem with this is that I don't see Eren or the rest of Paradis caring about a world that wants them dead simply for existing.

Oh, ok. I agree, I don't see that either.

What the actual Fu*k?
I was so certain Rainer will join Eren, and now I think Rainer might be the final boss. Especially if Eren killed his brother (which I hope he didn't.) and his mother in the crowd.
Eren, giving that speech, showing he does not hate Rainer, that he understands his reasoning, but has no choice other than to do the exact same thing reminds me of Red Rising: "I would've lived in peace but my enemies brought me war" I don't know why he wanted to speak with Rainer in the first place, but it was a really touching moment.
I didn't expect Eren of all people to be as merciless,- not with other humans at least. And the Survey Corps (probably) allowed that. I can imagine Levi giving his blessing, but Hange? Historia? They've seriously decided not to take shit from anyone anymore? That or there is a bigger plan at play - I don't see how killing random people is a smart thing to do otherwise.
It's getting kinda hard to root for Eren, but at the same time for the first time in forever, I actually like the character. I really hope this isn't some personal vengeance kill-spree.
All in all - I am hyped for the action.

Am i the only one who thinks the soldier escorting Pieck and the other guy into the titan pit would be no less than Armin himself? It would make sense to have Pieck explicitly mentioning the goatee so as to really portray Armin's maturity. I can't explain how she finds him familiar though, possibly Armin also blended in with the locals in the past and Pieck found it odd that a commoner is now in a military uniform?

"The war begins" Yessss, finally. Adult Eren is growing on me too.

And Eren sending letters to his comrades, so they are somewhere on land too? As I can't imagine letters going all the way to Paradis...
Either way, can't wait to see the others from the old cast again.

@mcdodong303 It crossed my mind too for it to be Armin maybe. He would have changed a lot in those 4 years which is possible but funny to think about.

You do realize that 9 years ago, reiner, annie & bertholdt killed thousands of innocent people when they invaded!! Even though they where kids, they still killed, so its hard for Eren and the others to forget about that!! Now i ask u a question, do u think, by any circumstances, can murder be justified?!! :)

It could, in self-defense. Or defending someone else. In that way, all their acts are "justified" in a sense, cause they think they are defending their own. But as Bert said - What sane person would go and kill people because they want to? I certainly didn't expect Eren to justify it with this, given he is been through the same thing, that's why I hope there is a bigger plan (i'm almost certain there is) instead of just vengeance. But I do like that Eren seems more in control of himself and his power and altogether it was an interesting turn for his character.

Now this is how you do a 100th chapter.
The last time the manga had me hyped so much was when Levi shreddered Zeke's animal titan form. The atmospehre (and especially the Eren-Reiner parts) was rarely as intense as in here.

Definitely one of the strongest chapters yet. Wow. I love how Eren was still internally debating things while listening to Willy's speech, and 'i was born into this world' definitely struck a chord in him. But in the end, inciting people to unite against the Paradis 'devils' was not actual peace. His actions may be divisive, especially if it involves the deaths of innocents, but can anyone blame him? It is kill or be killed at this point for Eldians within the walls.

I also loved his conversation with Reiner, and he was totally right. Reiner cannot be fully blamed for his actions, because he was indoctrinated by his family and society he grew up in. It's heartbreaking that Reiner can't see that because of his self-loathing and thinks he is entirely at fault instead of his environment.

Lastly, it's regrettable that Falco was used by Eren, especially since he only had good intentions. Falco is a good boy. It's a shame he has to live with the burden of unintentionally helping the enemy. Even Eren realizes that Falco is a good kid, but I guess that was the only way he could send letters to his friends.

I'm speechless, amazing chapter. Eren is ready to goes to war against all the world, even if innocent lives are lost in the way

Eren and Reiner talk was really nice. And poor Falco, he was trying to help, but just found that he was being used all this time

This was a crappy chapter to be honest.

AOT was about cutting to the chase, no bullshit fluff and this guy just keeps recounting the titan story over and over again, just shut the fuck up.

Remember when characters were so efficient they analyzed and investigated the Female Titan's identity and arranged for her capture all off-screen?

Now we get 40 pages of shitty Willy.

And the worst part? There was no diversion or subversion, nothing new. Just Eren attacking. Should have cut out the past 1.5 chapters altogether.

End Zionazism

Taybar rallied the world into going to war against the Paridisians and Eren gave him an instantaneous response.

It fills me with a deep sadness that things had to turn out this way especially with how Eren and Reiner showed to each other how similar they are to each other despite the ideological differences but I can only imagine how big and chaotic the war will end up being!

Fuck off Eren. You just killed an innocent child just because you wanted to kill Reiner. And you did this to prove a point?

Fuckin asshole. I think and I still believe Reiner is the only hero qualifiable in this story. Eren is just a villain and a fuckin monster even tho he had a choice unlike Reiner.

Poor Reiner believed they were devils and yet grew to care for them. That offer he did to Eren when he wanted him to go back to his country was legit.
On the other hand, Eren not only abused a child for his self gain, but by keeping him locked along with Reiner, he also willingly endangered that child's life.

I just want set the record straight that Eren has crossed a line forever. Nothing can ever redeem him. Reiner atleast did whatever he could for his family and even he hesitated when it came to destroying humanity when he made the trade offer with Eren to come back with them. Eren on the other hand threatened the lives of people above him as hostage with Reiner and in the end, he even killed an innocent child when he could have easily let him go.

Though it's unlikely to happen, I still hope Reiner kills that son of bitch along with Zeke. Atleast they are more likely to save humanity than Eren and his crew.

Without change,we end up becoming the very person we hate.

I was dead until the moment I met you. I was a powerless corpse pretending to be alive. Living without power, without the ability to change my course, was bound to lead me to a slow death.

Peak fiction ,

Now i understand why the episode of declaration of war was actually hated ,it was not because of animation ,but because of misplaced dialogues ,a terrible 🤦🏻 adaptation, the meaning in the anime completely changed and why the fans hated the change,i get it now
