I wanted to write a poem in "old english" style or a style which would be similar to that of William Shakespeare's. So I wrote a poem about no longer worrying about the future or change for no matter what its going to happen. I think the reason some people are scared of the future is because the future is unknown and people tend to be scared of that which they do not know.
No longer shall I fret,
For it is nye, in history.
No error is to be unmet,
Though forward lie, the mystery.
Fear not the unknown,
It hast come and is to be.
We live in past and time alone.
Even though some do not see.
We loiter on which is done,
No longer fear, it is time.
Though new chance hast begun,
Fate is near, past tends to mine.
No longer look back!
Look to learn, not to moan.
Nor to fill what thou lack,
Past shall burn, so look to the unknown.
Once you read it the first time read it again but replace the word "unknown" with "future".
No longer shall I fret,
For it is nye, in history.
No error is to be unmet,
Though forward lie, the mystery.
Fear not the unknown,
It hast come and is to be.
We live in past and time alone.
Even though some do not see.
We loiter on which is done,
No longer fear, it is time.
Though new chance hast begun,
Fate is near, past tends to mine.
No longer look back!
Look to learn, not to moan.
Nor to fill what thou lack,
Past shall burn, so look to the unknown.
Once you read it the first time read it again but replace the word "unknown" with "future".
