I have beaten the final boss with no damage but still gotten the breeding ending. so i thinking each round should be very high health
Nope.
Read some more back in the thread. It depends on how many grabs(probably) and creampies(definitely) the girl have had during the playthrough - so you could already be locked into the breeding end well before the werewolf final fight.
Healthbar has nothing to do with it. Make it to the werewolf with zero creampies and as few grabs as possible, and then you can kinda-sorta choose the ending you wanna get by how you tackle the final boss (and Continue will let you restart the fight afterwards, for another ending, if you want).
Short game but pretty good, not bad at all as a first game.

This game is very nice. Well, the gameplay itself is very simplistic and very easy for the most part and the walking animation looks rather jank, but the pixel art itself and the H animations are top tier in my book.
Also the ending where she escapes but can't help herself and goes back to intentionally drown herself in pleasure is the best ending ever to any game of this type. That drives home how much pleasure she must have felt when being attacked if she chooses to seek out more when she is free to choose normal life or more monster gang rape.
