Race of Life, Leaving DNA, Babysitters all have good-looking non-generic MCs. Any other games like these? As counter-examples, Artemis and Project: Passion have weird-looking MCs.

Thanks, I'll check them out, but I wanted to call out Desert Stalker. It has a lot of good stuff, but its MC is effectively faceless. I think there are just a couple of renders where you can see some of his face.

Karder in Vae Victis Khan, there are other games with the same base model but the only one I could find now isn't straight.
The MC in Guilty Pleasure looks cute too tho, but needs a little more muscle.
