Yeah, Mighty Crustlord keeps saying stupid things to people, and if anyone says anything to Crustlord, this dude immediately appears and defends him, making fun of the other person.

If the mod truly allows that, that's pretty weird. I thought it would still give you the choices, and just steer you into the events that give you the choices.
You should probably try to find a save before "No one can hear us" which might hurt, I believe you're in ch2 with that event. And it's single handedly the biggest decision to get wrong unintentionally.
If you do it, I recommend text skipping, unseen text skip off, after choices text skip on and let autovn auto as much as it can

If you have chosen to finger your niece and if you have not missed any of Ami’s explicit content until this point, then it’s the mod’s doing, not yours.
Use URM to jump to shrine30 to initiate this event normally (I think jumping to this event shouldn’t have any unforeseen consequence but you can make a backup save before doing so)
There IS no option to do that, the mod automatically makes the decision for you.

He means use the mod in my signature. Search for the label shrine30 using it and jump, ignore the warning, but make a save before doing it. Also, use a save before the point where you 'missed' it.

I just made a second install of the game. Installed my URM and Guide Mod and also added AutoVN into it. Then started a new game and fully text skipped all the way to this choice. I was given a choice, this was a skill issue. This is where you're supposed to say Yes.

You should get the hint mod and check it before making choices in the middle of events, this isn't even one of the many convoluted choices that can make you miss events.

With the dark route not until chapter 6 I'm not sure I agree but I hope you're right. Not that it matters I suppose, so much dark stuff happening already that the ones we get might be very bad. Also, I could see Sel pushing Noriko until the very end lol.
