Mmm. The atmosphere in your drawings is so sweet. As far as shape goes, your background isn't doing much, but without looking I see a cozy livingroom/loft apartment that is sublty lit... It's crazy that you can evoke that with just color, and I'm sure each person will see it differently.

For the characters, this looks like the beginings of a personal boundies excursion, or am I reading too much into it?

thank you a lot. ive been really trying lately to build on my artistic abilities because i havnt drawn much in the last year or so.
and no, you are not reading too much into it. really it was drawn for a friend of mine who knows i love him *too* its a really long story but yes it is some boundries being broken.

actualy i am a little confused at the presence of the head at the botom right. i think it distracts from the interaction between the other two, but posibly that is the point. i love the interacion between the other two. the one on the top realy has the feeling that it overpowers the other because of the saturation of the color. keep up the good work.

well the head at the bottom is very important. "the love of my life, but i love you too" kind of thing. it was ment to stick out because he is everything and everything else is just everything else.

The lion(?) skitting at the foot of the couch, yeah, the way she's holding on to him, it's almost like a life-line. Like "Yes, I'm going to kiss this guy, but I'm holding on to you, to show you I love you, as I do it." ^^; I can definately relate to this picture.
