| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This episode was pretty awesome. It seems Enel's prediction was correct and only 5 fighters remain with the exception of nami. So this will be interesting, i guess the final battle is about to start. Luffy is still stuck in that python lol Has anyone ever noticed when ever the crew is in the most dangerous situations, luffy either fell into a lame trap or is no where to be seen. My prediction this would of been over long ago if only luffy was with his crew the entire time. |

The difference is I like OP so it doesn't bother me as much. |

| I figured out why Wiper is so mad all the time all the nick names, nose, ass etc and speaking off ass, no comments on how they zoomed in for like a minute on Nami, what's up with that ? |

| Oh boy, I wonder what they'll be able to do since Logia types are OP against normal attacks. Even Robin, who's a devil fruit user herself, wouldn't be able to do much since Eneru could either change into lightning or electrocute her hands if she tries growing them on him. |

| I was wondering why Eneru didn't just blast Conis as she escaped, but then he explained that he did it because he's a jerk and wants to spread despair before everyone dies. Nice. I laughed really hard at both the scene where Zoro questioned why Nami was out of the Snake and why Luffy was in it, and Nami proceeded to say "HOW SHOULD I KNOW????", as well as the whole scene with Luffy and Aisa in the snake together. "Don't worry! Ha ha ha! Let's just go plop out its butthole!", and the way it ended with Luffy casually showing her he's made of rubber, sitting on a smirking horse-bird and explaining himself by saying "I'm a pirate". We got the first real inexcusable Nami butt shot this anime has done, so that's notable. Normally the fan service is arguably not fan service at all, but this time it was a bit abrasive. It's not a bad thing per se, just something I'd like to bring up. Eneru zapping the crying snake after it too had seen it's homeland for the first time in so long, or so I think, was so sad. This guy's a jerk. He guessed there were 6 people and because he predicted 5 by the end of the game he has to have one die off. However, that doesn't involve the obviously alive Luffy, and the probably alive Aisa... I had realized Ohm didn't sense them while they were in the snake either, so maybe it blocks mantras in some way. I wonder if he'll 'kill' one of them and then Luffy will come out at the end and ruin his prediction anyways. "So you die", was a cool closer. Yes, it's certainly a transparent way and as well as a common one to make sure Luffy gets the final battle by locking him away for the segments preceding the final battle to let him Goku it up and save the day at the end. Think of Arlong arc with him trapped underwater, or Crocodile arc for him sleeping before running to to the ruins. It's why I want Oda to switch up the formula and have Luffy take part in the battles leading up to the final one, and actually allow someone like Zoro to win, or even have a team effort come into play where they have to work together to take the final baddie out. I'm positive some of these people will be alive in the end, obviously with the likes of Chopper, or you could even go as far to assume everyone with a name but Pagaya will be fine, but alike in Alabasta the nameless soldiers who make up most of the 81 people have to have casualties among them. That's the only reason I haven't brought it up. |

| It's awesome that everyone finally decided to work together to bring down Eneru once and for all instead of killing each other again. He's powerful enough to topple down the upper ruins and kill that giant snake in one strike so there's not much they can do realistically speaking though. I suppose that Luffy's protected Pierre and Aisa by wrapping himself over them since he's made of rubber. |

| The snake's expression took me by surprise.It may have a history to Shandians back then .Also liked when Wyper's face imposed on Calagara. Luf will be alright ,the snake would act as a metal cage for the current.I guess Skypiae blowing up soon ? |
| I’m sooooo ready for Luffy to be out. One of the few issues I have in one piece is he so OP. They always have to delay his big fight. So ready for him to kick Enel's ass. Enel's is a top tier villian. Think my second favorite behind crocodile so far. |
| So I guess the final battle is about to start. And my god just get Luffy out of the snake already I mean I don't mind that's it's something different but it feels more like a laboured version of what happened to him in the Arlong Park arc when he was stuck underwater. That being said the stuff with Aisa there was funny at the very least for that episode in particular. Otherwise not much to say about this episode other than it's setting up the combatants for the next fight, a couple of reunions for the Straw Hats there, plus maybe the holdover of Nico Robin's conversation with Eneru. Other than it's a transitional episode for me. |
